A 24/7 gym in East Aurora, N.Y., Beyond Strength is a locally owned and operated fitness center focused on strength and conditioning classes, strength training programs, personal training and online training. Its owners provide a platform for members to determine and achieve their fitness goals, aided by the staff's knowledge and desire to create a positive impact.
Beyond Strength fosters an atmosphere of inclusivity and aims to be a gym that its members enjoy going to for more than just a great workout. Our personal training and strength and conditioning classes are results-based programs that encourage, challenge and motivate our members.
Members of Beyond Strength will develop a thirst for health and create lifestyle changes for the better while uniting with each other around their fitness goals.
Meet the Beyond Strength Staff
An outgoing, fun-loving, positive person with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Joe is co-owner of Beyond Strength. An athlete at heart, he truly believes everyone has an obligation not only to themselves, but to others to manifest the greatness we all have within us.
Meghan is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer who discovered her love and passion for fitness when she was a junior in college. Fitness has been a big part of her life for the past 9 years as she has participated in many 5k races, half marathons, and Crossfit competions. While Crossfit training she found her true love for strength and conditioning. Meghan not only has a huge passion for fitness, but also for nutrition. She not only wants her clients to achieve their fitness goals, but to also eat healthy where they can live a happy and healthy lifestyle. Meghan is here to help her clients lose weight, get stronger, and to learn more about healthy eating.
Kate's passion for fitness started when she was a gymnast. She developed an understanding of strength and conditioning and loved the aspect of competition. As she grew older, she continued to play a variety of sports and compete where she could. After college, she really discovered her love for weightlifting and began training CrossFit. She continues to enjoy meeting new Personal Records for various lifts and incorporates health and fitness into her daily life. She loves to help people reach their fitness goals!
Rob has been successfully training and improving clients lives for 15 years. His passion has always been fitness. It started with sports at the age of 5, continued through college and into his professional career. Rob has seen and done it all - football, wrestling, track, powerlifting and bodybuilding. Rob instills in his clients the confidence and energy that comes with fitness. Rob has trained bodybuilding, powerlifting, and competitive athletes, as well as clients just looking to improve their health. His passion is helping people make a change that they are proud of.
