About Beyond Strength

Beyond Strength is a locally owned and operated 24/7 fitness center in East Aurora focused on strength and conditioning classes, strength training programs, personal training and online training. It’s owners provide a platform for members to determine and achieve their fitness goals, aided by the staff's knowledge and desire to create a positive impact.

Beyond Strength fosters an atmosphere of inclusiveness and aims to be a gym that its members enjoy going to for more than just a great workout. Our personal training and strength and conditioning classes are results-based programs that encourage, challenge and motivate our members.

Members of Beyond Strength will develop a thirst for health and create lifestyle changes for the better while uniting with each other around their fitness goals.

Joe Trotto

An outgoing, fun-loving, positive person with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Joe is co-owner of Beyond Strength. An athlete at heart, he truly believes everyone has an obligation not only to themselves, but to others to manifest the greatness we all have within us.

Every day is another chance to get stronger, to eat better, to live healthier, and to be the best version of you.

Kate Trotto

Kate's passion for fitness started when she was a gymnast. She developed an understanding of strength and conditioning and loved the aspect of competition. As she grew older, she continued to play a variety of sports and compete where she could. After college, she really discovered her love for weightlifting and began training CrossFit. She continues to enjoy  meeting new Personal Records for various lifts and incorporates health and fitness into her daily life. She loves to help people reach their fitness goals!

Justin Collen

Justin has been into fitness his whole life, with strength and conditioning being his primary focus for the past 9 years. His real passion for strength and conditioning stemmed from his time as a collegiate football player at Alfred University, but he has leveraged that passion and turned it into a lifestyle that he wants to share with everyone.
